Pokemon Pre-release

On Sunday 30th July at 2pm we will be running a Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon—Burning Shadows Prerelease tournament. This will allow players to receive and play with cards from the upcoming Sun & Moon—Burning Shadows expansion a week before the expansion's official release date!

Each participant receives a Prerelease box containing a 22-card Evolution pack, four 10-card booster packs, and an exclusive foil promo card. The Evolution pack provides a solid foundation which, along with the booster packs and Energy provided by us (which you are welcome to keep), is used to construct a 40-card deck.

How much does the event cost?
Just £20 per player and we have spaces available for up to 16 players in total. Please book you space as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

What are the prizes?
Every player will receive 2 additional boosters at the end of the event and those that win the most games in each age group will also receive additional booster.

What do I need to know?
Please provide or bring your Player ID number, if you have one. If you don't have a Player ID, one will be given to you at the event.

See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for more information about what to bring to an event.

Make sure you arrive on time. If you are late for registration, you may not be able to play in the event! Will will start at 2pm (After the League Challenge which will be held in the morning)

To participate in the event, you must be a player in good standing and abide by the Tournament Rules.

What is the tournament structure?
The tournament is run using the Limited Format and Age-Modified Swiss pairings. See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for information about the Limited Format and Swiss. The number of Swiss rounds that will be played will depend on total attendance at the event. Players use a 40-card deck and play using four Prize cards.

Where can I book my space?

You can pay for your ticket at the shop anytime now up until the day of the event or you can get tickets online at EVENTBRITE...
