RIftbound Store Skirmish

Summoner Skirmishes are the peak of competitive play at the local level, designed for players who want more than casual meetups and are ready to prove their deckbuilding mastery. 

These events offer meaningful stakes, exclusive rewards, and a direct path toward higher-level competition, making them an excellent way to play this great game. 

KD GAMES is registered to host two Summoner Skirmish events for Unleashe, one in June and one in July. 

Our June event will be Sunday 14th at 2pm. Entry will be £10 and all players must have a RIOT account, places can be booked online. (You can also preregister on the Carde platform.

Event Overview 

● Format: 1v1 Constructed, Best of 3 Matches; Tournament Rules 

● Event Structure: Swiss Rounds with optional Top Cut (depending on the amount of players)

● Organized Play Level: Competitive 

● Prize Support:
    ○ Participation Promo x32

    ○ Champion Promo x1
    ○ Champion Playmat x1 

    ○ Additionally, the winner of the event will receive a Round 1 Bye at a Regional Qualifier. 

Riftbound Set 4 - July '26

Vendetta, the fourth set of Riftbound: League of Legends TCG, brings even more Champions to the battlefield!

Riftbound Nexus Nights

 

Nexus Nights are your bread and butter weekly events. They’ll provide you with a regular opportunity to get together with your friends and play Riftbound in a relaxed environment in the way that best suits your local community. You can sling some 1v1, or throw down the gauntlet in a 2v2 or free-for-all brawl. 

When will these be : Weekly, on Sunday at 2pm (so more Nexus Afternoon than Night)

Format: Casual, whatever you want to play

Are there any prizes: Yes, all players that attend Nexus Night will get a 3-Card pack which includes promo cards (while stocks last)

What is the cost of these events? Attendance to these afternoons will be £5 and you can book you place now on our website.

Spiritforged Pre-Rift

Be among the first to get your hands on RIftbound's exciting second set - Spiritforged - at our first ever Pre-Rift events!

Each player will receive a Spiritforged Pre-Rift Kit, and must use it to build a deck on the fly to compete in a 3 round tournament.

We'll be adding 2 packs of Spiritforged as prizes for each player too!

What is a Pre-Rift Event?

A Pre-Rift Event is an early-access play experience that lets players explore the upcoming Riftbounds set Spiritforge ahead of its official release. Players participate in organized gameplay using event materials provided on the day, allowing them to learn new mechanics, build decks, and experience the set in a structured and welcoming environment. Pre-Rift Events are perfect for both new and returning players looking to learn, compete, and enjoy the excitement of a new release with the community.

What's in a Pre-Rift kit?

• 1 Mini-preconstructed deck (15 cards including Champion Legend and Champion Unit)
• 5 Spiritforged Booster Packs
• 1 Pre-Rift Promo Card

When is the Pre-Rift?

We will be running 2 events for this release, one on Saturday and one on Sunday both at 2pm. Tickets can be booked on our website or in store.

What is Riftbound?

Riftbound is a new collectible trading card game (TCG) developed by Riot Games based on the world of League of Legends. 

Players build decks around champions, using cards like units, spells, and gear to battle and control battlefields. 

The goal is to be the first player to score eight points by conquering battlefields. 

How it works

• Gameplay:
  Riftbound is a strategic card game where players aim to score points by conquering battlefields.
  
  
• Decks:
  Each player has two decks: a main deck for playing units, spells, and gear, and a smaller rune deck used to pay for cards.
  
  
• Champions:
