Pokemon Club is changing

From December 1st, the club will have two parts to it. The first part is the general Pokemon club which will still cost £2 to attend and children aged 8 and over will be able to come along and meet with other children that share an interest in Pokemon. It will be an opportunity for them to trade cards in a safe place where we can check the value of cards, look out for fakes and always have the opportunity to trade back during the club if they change their minds. We can teach how to play the game if they want to and and from time to time we will run some competitions to give them a chance to win prize packs.

Pokemon League will be part of the club, which is for those children that want to play the game against their friends. We have plenty of decks that can be used if you haven't got a deck of your own and are happy to help children that want to build their own decks. Each time the children attend and play at least one game they will progress towards getting a free prize pack.

There will be a chart on display in the shop and our website that will track how many games have been played for each season. Once a player has played their fourth game they will get a prize pack and then another one when they play their eighth game. (while stock lasts)

There will also be the chance to take part in some tournaments called League Challenges and League Cups which will be starting in the new year.

Our Masters League which is for older players (15+) will continue to run on Friday evenings from 7pm until 10pm and will give older players the chance to play against each other. Players in the this league will get a free prize pack for every event that they attend.
