Divide by Zero is banned.

Faceless Haven is banned.

Legacy:

The Chaos of Magic the Gathering

On Sunday 30th January we will be running a special sealed Magic the Gathering event. 

Each player will receive 6 boosters from recent MTG sets which will be a mix of draft and set boosters. From the boosters that each player receives they will need to create a 40 card deck which they will use to play in a three round event. 

We are hoping to get between 6 and 12 players. The winner of the event will receive a special playmat and the top 8 will also get Karn Liberated pin badges.

The boosters that each player will receive for this event will be as follows...

• A Core 2021 Draft Booster
• A Kaldheim Set Booster
• A Ikoria Lair of Behemoths Draft Booster
• A Strixhaven School of Mages Set Booster
• A Zendikar Rising Set Booster
• A Dungeon and Dragons Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Set Booster

The event will start at 1pm and should be completed by 5pm. It will cost just £10 per player.

What Is AR?

Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience combining a real-world environment and digital objects and environments.

What Is the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty AR Experience?

By scanning a QR code from your mobile device will in-store will drop you into the world of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, visiting a city market from the Towashi district.

The experience is web-based, so no app is required to engage with it. You can save the webpage to your home screen to return to it later. New content will be added to the experience every week as Wizards of the Coast ramp up to Prerelease.

What Do I Do?

Entering the AR experience is a two-step process:

• Use your camera app to scan the QR code from the sticker (or flyer).
• Once on the webpage, align the image displayed on your phone with the sticker (or flyer) in-store.

Once that’s complete, you will enter the experience! It will last for around three minutes.

The AR experience does not require users to move around the store. For the best experience, Wizards of the Coast encourage users to stay seated in-store while engaged.
