SANTIANOS V - Week One

OUR PARTY OF UNLIKELY ALLIES WAS SENT TO REMOVE THE THREAT THAT IS COMMANDER VALTUS.

COMMANDER VALTUS COMMANDS ONE OF THE MANY COMMS RELAYS THAT THE HLF HAVE SET UP ACROSS SANTIANOS V.

UNFORTUNATELY THE MISSION WAS ALMOST OVER BEFORE IT STARTED WHEN THEIR SHIP WAS  AMBUSHED SHORTLY AFTER LANDING, AND THE INITIAL BATTLE RESULTED IN  MANY CASUALTIES, INCLUDING the PILOT. NOW theY MUST CONTINUE the MISSION WITH DWINDLING NUMBERS AND A LOW CHANCE OF EVAC....

commander tsing tau formally part of the DAU union, he is equipped with advance weapons and relies on HIS ranged weapons. he comes from a society that rejects selfish impulses and he depends on this logic.

Eärendil, son of Ulthwé a high elf sniper. he is a survivor of the original colonistS that build the the cities long before the humans came to claim santianos v. he is said to be an excellent shot and often claims his kills without ever being seen.

Ta'l Nehekra'ta and Rhaast are automatons originally built as SERVANTS TO THE elves who gained SENTIENCE and originally fought the high elves but now made peace and fight together to reclaim their planet.

once they composed themselves after the ambush, they set about their first mission to investigate the immediate threat, with the hope of finding who they would need to INTERROGATE to  FIND THE LOCATION OF COMMANDER VALTUS.

THE PARTY SPLIT, THE TWO AUTOMATONS ATTEMPTING TO GATHER INTEL, WHILE THE OTHERS DISTRACTED THE TROOPERS.

DURING THE MISSION ONE OF THE PARTY WAS INJURED. COMANDER TSING TAU TOOK A LOT OF DAMAGE FROM A PARTICULARLY RESILIENT TROOPER ARMED WITH A DRUM RIFLE. A JOINT EFFORT BETWEEN TSING TAU AND EÄRENDIL EVENTUALLY OVERWHELMED THE TROOPER AND ALLOWED THEM TO CATCH UP WITH TA'L NEHEKRA'TA AND RHAAST.

TA'L NEHEKRA'TA AND RHAAST HAD ALREADY WORKED WHO THEY NEEDED TO FIND AND WAITED PATIENTLY FOR THE SQUAD OF CONCRIPTS ARRIVED WITH THE DOCUMENTS THAT THEY NEEDED. THE TWO AUTOMATONS EFFICIENTLY DEALT WITH THIS SQUAD AND GAINED THE DOCUMENTS.

ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS TO ESCAPE AND IT NEEDED TA'L NEHEKRA'TA TO TAKE A LOT OF STRESS TO OBSURE THEIR RETREAT USING HIS ABILITIES AS A CASTER

THE PARTY ALL SURVIVED AND RESTED BEFORE CONTINUING THEIR MISSION.
