FNM is changing!

This week our FNM event will move location. We will no longer be at the Royal British Legion, instead we will now be hosting our regular MTG event from our shop in Tarmount Lane, Shoreham.

If you are unfamiliar with FNM then this is what you can expect if you attend.

Friday Night Magic is the heart and soul of the Magic community across the world. Wherever you are in the world you will probably find somewhere to play MTG on a Friday night. Open to all players and running in thousands of stores across the globe each Friday Night, "FNM" is a chance to catch up with your friends, make new ones and of course, play some Magic!

WHAT HAPPENS AT FRIDAY NIGHT MAGIC

Friday Night Magic is a weekly social gathering of Magic fans. Meet other players, play some games, check out new cards, test your latest deck designs, and most importantly, have fun!

All players are welcome at Friday Night Magic. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out, have played a lot of Magic Duels, or even if you've been playing at home or at school with friends for years, you'll find a new home-away-from-home at FNM.

Friday Night Magic events feature an organized tournament for players who are ready for a little friendly competition, entry to the event is just £3, but if that's not your thing, don't worry! There's still plenty of fun to be had just hanging out and playing casual pick-up games with players who love Magic as much as you do.

PRIZES

Participating Friday Night Magic stores receive a limited supply of exclusive promo cards to distribute to participants of Friday Night Magic events. We also give booster prizes depending on how many players enter.

As we have now moved to the shop it has meant a reduction in costs and this is now reflected in our new prize structure ...

Up to 8 player - 3 for first and 2 for second.
9 or 10 players - 3 for first and 2 for second and 1 for third.
11 or 12 players - 3 for first, 2 for second and 2 for third and 1 for fourth.
13 or 14 players - 4 for first, 3 for second and 2 for third and 1 for fourth.
15 or 16 players - 4 for first, 3 for second and 2 for third, 2 for forth and 1 for fifth.

In all cases the top three players will get a foil promo card, for this month it is...

IT PAYS TO COME EVERY WEEK.

We will also be continuing with our Friday Night Magic Attendance Card ...

As you can see each card has your name on it (your DCI number will also be written above your name) and has space for 8 attendances to be marked off. Once you have paid for and taken part in 8 FNM events you can use the completed card to either have a free booster or a free attendance to an FNM event or KD Games Night, which ever you prefer. You do not have to use you completed card straight away if you do not want to, but you will need to claim it with in 3 months otherwise it will become void.

All cards will be numbers and a record kept of who has what card, but it will be the players responsibility to present it at each event and get it signed off. Cards will not be signed off retrospectively so please make sure you bring it with you.

Once you have completed a card you simply ask for a new one and start all over again.

So if you play Magic the Gathering the a FNM event is where you need to be on a Friday. This week we will be running a MODERN event and as normal we will start at 7pm.
